I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be in a great location, surrounded by food options, including a food hall right below and a Pizza Hut next door. The room was decent for what I needed, but it could definitely use some improvements, like a small office table and a fridge to make it better for a long stay. The air conditioning didn't get cold enough, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a good option for budget travelers in Seminyak, but there's room for enhancement.
